水溶蠟：ATW07

Today a lot of Chinese foundries still use core of caramide to produce special structural casting, for example: valve, pipe and impeller, but the carbamide, its intensity is low, the process of products is handmade, efficiency is low, it is not fit for big casting and big batch products, water soluble core wax can meet these requirement.

Paste injection machines are often used for injecting soluble core wax. After the core is removed from its die, it is placed in the wax part die and then to inject wax around it. The pattern containing the soluble core is placed in the a batch of dilute hydrochloric acid or dilute citric acid to dissolve the soluble core wax. The wax pattern is rinsed in clean water to remove soluble core wax or acid and allowed to dry. We also produce soluble core wax that can be checked through fluorescence, in order to increase strength; our water soluble core waxes are available with added fiber.

今天中國許多工廠(chǎng)還在使用尿素芯來(lái)生產(chǎn)特殊結構的鑄件，如管閥件，接頭和葉輪，等復雜行腔的鑄件，但尿素芯強度低，生產(chǎn)工藝采用手工操作，效率低，對要求高，尺寸稍大的逐漸或大批量的產(chǎn)品無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足要求。

“九鼎”的水溶蠟芯，不僅表面光潔度高，強度大，而且溶蠟方便快捷，把包含水溶蠟芯的蠟模放入稀鹽酸或檸檬酸的容器內溶解，水溶蠟芯溶解后，經(jīng)過(guò)漂洗晾干后會(huì )得到復雜行腔的蠟模。目前，我們在一些水溶蠟里添加加強助劑，進(jìn)一步提高水溶蠟芯的強度。
